Q:Is there any shipping cost?

A: NO, we offer free shipping to most of countries by International Express Service for all international deliveries. Please allow around 5-10 working days from dispatch. Additional delays may occur during the months of September - March due to the high demand and heavy load on postal services and customs. Hermes-birkinbags.com is not responsible for loss or damage of your order in transit. This responsibility is passed on to you as soon as we hand your order over to the shipping company.

Q: What is your complete returns policy?
A: We only accept return the merchandise in following cases: we send you the wrong size/color/item or you received merchandise with blemishs. Return items must be sent back in their original packaging, with store tags attached. To send an item back to us, You may use any shipper you like, but we recommend purchasing tracking and insurance, as ok-sales.com cannot be responsible for lost return shipments.
Once we receive your return package, please allow 1 weeks for processing. We will send you an email notification when your refund has been processed. Your refund will be issued according to the payment method you selected for the original order. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Q: If I need to return an item, do I have to pay the postage?
A: Yes, if you mail an item back to us, you will be responsible for the return postage. Additionally, we recommend that you add tracking and insurance for your own protection.

Q: Are any items non-returnable?
A: Some products are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
Returning policy: We sent you the wrong size/color/item or the production have distinct dilapidation/damage. All the returning item must be unworn and unwashed with original packing and tags.

Cancellations
Should you wish to cancel your order, you must email us immediately. 25% cancellation fee applies. Majority of orders are dispatched within 1-2 days from the order date. Shipped orders cannot be cancelled.

Exchanges
To exchange a product, you must email us and inform us of the reason. We will then provide you with further instructions. The goods can be exchanged within 8 days of the receipt date provided they are unworn and in the original condition with all the original packaging and labels. When returning an item for an exchange, please ensure that your name, address, phone number and instructions are clearly indicated. All shipping costs associated with the exchange of goods are the responsibility of the consumer.
We strongly recommend that you use traceable shipping, as we will not be responsible for any lost parcels. For overseas orders this process can take up to 30 days.
